🎵 Chris Echols Feature Agreement 🎵

By submitting this booking form, you agree to the following terms:

✅ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your feature. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final recording.

✅ Turnaround time varies based on Chris’ availability. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your booking.

✅ Features are for promotional use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you plan to release the song commercially (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), you must obtain written clearance from management.

✅ Chris Echols reserves the right to decline any feature request if it does not align with his artistic direction or schedule. If declined, any deposit paid will be refunded.

✅ The final song cannot be altered or modified without approval. If additional revisions are requested, they may be subject to extra fees.

✔ I agree to the above terms and understand that my booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
